The highest I've seen was Loan/Finance niche.
What is the guy's channel? He didn't share it?

Finance has high CPMs, that's for sure, but the MMO niche has even higher CPMs.
That's what Stephan Graham said; he even owns a financial channel, but he said that his friend, who runs a YouTube channel talking about Shopify, has even higher CPMs than him.
 
Insurance / attorney niche for sure with that CPM
