That's an ad, not an organic result. It looks like GoDaddy's ad is appearing higher than Namecheap's ad for you, although when I searched for that query using Google.cm, GoDaddy's ad was nowhere to be found.

I'll be concerned with I search for Google and Bing pops up first.
