I am a master in procrastinating, so it becomes quite challenging for me to focus on things, mainly daytime. So this is what I do every day, and this is how I start my day. Doing so has done wonders to me.
Have you heard this quote?
"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise."
Of course, we have, But not many people take it seriously. However, I did, and it changed me completely.
As I told you, I can't focus properly in the daytime; I had to utilize my morning time, which I did, making me productive even though I worked fewer hours.
-----------------
1) I wake up very early in the morning. 4 am. My body automatically wakes up during this time, as it's been a habit for me. I rarely use alarm unless it's imperative.
2) I give myself a big smile as I am fortunately alive and wake up. Once I wake up, I do simple exercises, yoga, or meditation after a glass of water.
3) Following, I start working on the most tedious tasks that need to be finished to have peace of mind. (4:30-6:30 am)
4) After that, I have a light breakfast and continue working on other tasks using the Pomodoro technique. For me, it's 30-minute work- a 5-minute break(3 cycles), then a 30-minute work 20-minute break. Repeat
5) I do this until around 11.30 Am. Trust me; Until this time, I would have finished almost all of the work. And all the time after this is a bonus.
