    Let me begin by apologizing. I know the title is flashy and a bit much, but it's serious. I really doubt many members on BHW will even see this, considering I've barely gotten any replies to my previous threads. Secondly, I am not sure if this is the correct place to be posting this thread, but none of the others really fit.

    This post is NOT about making money. (That's up to you) But I would like to start off by giving you a very short introduction to who I am and what my goal of this thread is. Basically, I'm an eighteen year old college freshman, studying to major in Kinesiology. Many of you probably don't even know what that is! Haha, no worries though.

    Simply put, Kinesiology is the study of the body / anatomy and food sciences and has to do with our biological make up. I am dedicated in my path because of what I've become, and what I've come from. I had 0 work ethic, and weighed 305 lbs. AS A FOURTEEN YEAR OLD!

    I was well on my way to becoming another US statistic obese adult. I had no motivation for life, the only things I enjoyed doing were playing video games and eating.. I have a much more in depth introduction post already on my website. (I have attemped black hat IM before.... my AdSense has $6 on it and I've been involved with IM since 2015..)

    I have abandoned my website and other IM projects, because I realized I just did not have what it takes, specifically the investment money. My website is 100% my work and I taught myself to code from code academy (thanks to a post on here I saw last year that said to stop saying I will, and start doing).

    I'd like to offer you the full introduction at my website trainerconley and would still take any feedback / criticism you have to offer on that aspect. THIS IS NOT FOR AD REVENUE, I HAVE 0 ADS ON MY SITE. I WILL RECEIVE $0.00 FOR YOUR VISIT! BUT like I said, this is not about me, it's about YOU!

    So, what about you? I'm sure you're wondering what this post is about. That is, if you're still following along. (THANKS!) But I had this idea literally yesterday, and was beating myself up for not acting on it then. I have learned SO much from BHW, and couldn't repay the mind set and opportunities offered here.

    But this is about REAL LIFE! (Touchy subject, I know) I figured, if you 'Black Hatters'... lol.. are constantly on computers, working non stop, trying to beat competitors, where or when do you find time to take care of yourself? I know that before I changed my life, and my character, I never even considered my health as a daily thought.

    I know that some of you manage perfectly well with both, but for those of you that don't, I have finally found a way to "give back" so to speak, to the BHW community. I am a certified personal trainer, through NAPT (National Association of Personal Training), and have successfully created meal plans, workout plans, macro splits e.t.c. for many friends and family, but only few clients.

    I have 15 clients under my belt now, and I'm still in my first certified year. But in all honesty, the certification was only a "status" that I would need for people to believe that I knew what I was talking about. I can assure you I am certain in everything that I say is legitimate, credible, and/or my own personal experience. I hope you had the time to read my about post on my website, because you should have an idea of what I'm talking about.

    So, my idea was to offer a FREE service to any BHW member. I would like to further my knowledge and reach in every way that I can, and I feel that even if just one person takes me up on this, maybe they're 1,000 miles away. That's farther than I could have ever reached without taking this chance.

    When I say offer, I mean that I will chat with you, message, email, text, whatever it is you need, about anything fitness related, nutrition advice.. Literally if you've ever seen my youtube or instagram, I have in the bio's, just message me for free fitness / nutrition advice.

    Now, along with any other services, I do not mean full on meal / macro / workout plans. Those are extremely personalized, and I would be doing weekly follow ups and helping you for an extended period of time. I would just like to offer advice on ANYTHING FITNESS OR NUTRITION RELATED! LET ME, HELP US!

    I don't care if you post your question in the comments, or if you would feel more comfortable just messaging me. I have other ways of being contacted, but I don't want to break any of the forum rules here.

    If you have any questions or if I am unclear on anything please do not hesitate to contact me. I hope that I am able to help you the same way I helped myself.

    I don't mean to add to the negativity here.

    Formatting is crucial in terms of readability. Your post might have been better received if you broke it up into short paragraphs.

    This is important going forward if you plan to work in internet marketing.

    The passion you have for wanting to help people for free in regards to their fitness and health is fantastic but your execution is causing you more harm than good.

    As you can see from a few previous commentators: your post is too long and uninteresting. I had to read over 600 words to get to the point of this thread which is you wanting to help BHW members.

    You also say you're here to not gain any money but you can't expect to pull our leg that easily. We're all here with some sort of marketing skills so we can easily sniff out desperation. We can tell you want to obtain more business/clients and this is one way to advertise yourself in a pro-bono fashion. It's not working.

    Additionally, you literally say you're not here to make money and then say that it'll cost money in the next sentence:

    "Please, DO NOT think that I'm just another internet post, trying to make money. If you would like a personalized plan, yes, that would cost you some money."

    Come. On. What kind of deal is that?

    I get it — you're young and you want to have a successful business. If your goal is improve other's fitness, health, and dieting then the first thing you need to do is to present your case better. Why should anyone care about how YOU can help them out over anyone else? Honestly, your weight loss story isn't unique. Many people lose weight and get fit but why is your story any different? Reconsider your approach and try again.

    Way too long a post. OP learn to say what you need to in a shorter way, I skimmed through it trying to find the point, just to boring.

    okay , my name is soufiane , i'm 21years old my weight is 82 kg and my tall is 181cm , i train 3 times in week in the gym , i want to have a nice body with the 6 packs , i have a nice physique but a litle bit more fat , i can't see my packs , can give me some advice to do a good cut and respect a daily programme ?
