This Guy Makes Millions!!

There is a guy I ran into on instagram named "KevKing23" his real name is Kev Kouyoumjiam. He owns and runs "Hobbytron" It is a dropship online retailer for airsoft guns, paintball and tech toys. I am new to this and I have been researching dropshipping business models. My question is how would you start a business like this and how do you find a good dropshipper. He uses Shopsite Pro as the site generator for his retail store. I have heard of Shopify too (any reviews?). But I see dropshipper sites and so much to choose from, I do not know how someone can start and scale this business. Any tutorials or tips on this? Thanks

I think the biggest concern is how you get traffic, just digging long enough you can eventually find a step by step tutorial how to build a dropshipping business, but traffic remains the biggest problem.
