Is there a way we can see what affiliates are doing to promote a product?

For example say "click wealth system" on clickbank. Can we find out who promotes it and what methods they are using? Are they using FB ads or YT ads for example...

If we could the potential would be unlimited, taking there best ads and running something similar...

Any input would be great.
