Yeah man, Facebook’s super sensitive lately. Even with good proxies and warming up, skipping a few days early on can definitely raise flags they want consistent activity. What’s been working for me is logging in daily at first, doing normal stuff like scrolling, liking, joining groups, and just acting like a real person. I wait about 4 5 days before posting anything on Marketplace, and even then, just one listing at most. Also avoid changing too much too fast profile pics, info, etc. Slow and steady seems to be the only way to keep accounts alive now.

That is already a good start, warming up the accounts and posting at least one listing per day, but have you tried interacting with other members in the marketplace or maybe posting naturally like what a normal user would do? also make sure that you wont be inactive even for a day, I think facebook is strict especially when it comes to inactivity.
