I get this error

it's been broken for over a year. i reported the issue long time ago. maybe if enough people care they will fix it.

Mods are volunteers and can't help. You have to tag admin staff who have access to the code and technical staff.

In short: it's something that's being worked on. I imagine that if it isn't something that can be fixed quickly, it could be a part of BHW 2.0
