which wordpress amazon affiliate plugins to your prefer or recommend using?

Thanks for this amazing thread I've been learning a lot!
All this is very new for me and I consider myself a total noob, but I've already started building my first MNS site, the process for the first time is extremely slow, I never worked with WP before and things move pretty slow.
About the stage I'm in: I am currently building my first site, It targets some nice keywords (in my opinion) and I have eCommerce and brands as my main competition (1-5), it looks pretty easy as they are not optimized (some even with no keyword in title etc), I've 5 articles I bought from NN and I think of writing reviews my self, will do this tomorrow. Using premium template I got from download section "karma", made some slight changes to it. And for tools I use TT and some great Italian/Spanish music as background motivation
Anyway, I carefully read all thread and I have some noobie questions, any help is much appreciated:
- SEO & Keywords: for example the main keyword, let's say, "Best wireless router" and it is followed by long tails like: best wireless router for gaming, best wireless router for business, best wireless router location. Now as I understand, long tails solve the problem of the user, but how to use those keywords? "Best wireless router" on the main page of my site and one different keyword on every article/review? should I focus only 1 keyword for page?
- How many keywords can be effectively targeted on a site? should I make 2-3 pages with same keyword to make it "stronger"? or just find new ones for each page?
- From your experience, is it better to use 'post' format or manually create new pages for my articles and reviews?
- Is it effective to have "product gallery" with many products? This on one hand, will give the users more options and maybe hit their interest, on the other hand, following the 'low amount of pages' concept - this means those products will lack reviews and will be just directly linked to Amazon from the gallery... How many products do you guys show in your site?
- Is any of you have experience with amazon keywords research services? as it seems extremely important to me, and as I invest $$$ i prefer pay 8-10$ more and not screw it with my wrong research (at least at start)
- How do you actually target a website to focus mainly on US visitors?
Now, I am not trying to be spoon fed or anything, It is pretty hard for me anyway and I'm sure I will make some mistakes, just don't want it to be too much mistakes, and I would really love the first site to success as it will bring HUGE motivation.

I have no problem going through and answering this -- but I also have alot of respect for people who can be given the guidelines - go do some research and fill in any blanks -- > because at the end of the day -- I'm trying to make it so everyone has different sites / structures / themes / goals and incomes .... so the people that study/learn and implement can at the end of the day get some good earnings ... if we all make the exact same sites then their is no point us even discussing this as we just compete against each other and Google will just devalue all the Sites.
* I generally target 5 overall keywords - some buying some general - but all aimed at my overall theme - which is narrowed down into a specific aspect of the main product I'm trying to sell.
* More keywords / more content
* depends on your template -- magazine style / review style -- however best to get the information in front of the viewer that makes them click something besides the Back Button.
* I've stuck the "Gallery" widget on some other sites I owned a while ago and it made some Sales - but it was never like targeting a specific area .... so basically if your solving problems and the answer to that problem is 2 main products and your trying to sell them those and/or accessories then you don't want to distract them from buying.
example.... on my stats I see people choose the option $10 accessory and $9.99 shipping instead of $19.99 Product Direct from Amazon with free shipping over $25 .... so what I'm saying it you give people an option of seeing something away from what you want to sell -- this is not good especially when you start selling $1000 products.
When I started with Amazon I bought alot of things - but now I buy little to nothing --> it's one of those things that the more you do it after a while you know exactly what your supposed to be doing/targeting .... so I can't suggest a Amazon Service that's ultimately the best for Keywords - you will have to try a few services and speak to them first to see how you feel about their knowledge.
its like someone telling me they can't find PLR Content --- there are tonnes of sellers of Amazon Tips/Tricks/Products and Services.
Well if I was targeting Germany - I'd buy a European Domain and have my website in German, If I was targeting UK - I'd buy a UK domain and target keywords into that experience // so when I target USA - I buy a .com , provide USA Prices , put on the website if you like based in New York or where ever and use a USA Host.
I pick Keywords first and then mold my content around those the best I can - so if there is 2 in one article then there is 2 in one article -- ultimately if you do everything right - your content alone will take you to page 1-2 -- because as we have extensively discussed many sites are just shop fronts with no information stuck there by default.
Probably I should also say - that you can do perfect research / make a perfect site / let it age and have great content -- but it still doesn't sell for you. Sometimes the products are just too heavily covered by authority sites and traffic just never makes it down to my level or whatever the reason ... but I don't bat 100/100 with these sites ... but what I do - is when I find something good - I try to dominate it - so whatever traffic comes it hits my sites.

Some people seem confused by what Scrapebox is and what it is used for.
Scrapebox has lots of functions but the most important one to me is Scraping for New Sites.
So when you buy Seo Software - it normally comes preloaded with Sites - but the more people that buy it - the more the same sites gets spammed and next thing you know - its very hard to make links on those sites - because they update security and/or just delete your posts.
Therefore you need to scrape new sites that other people are not posting on so much and add them to the software and see if it can post successfully on those sites //// this is what Scrapebox can do for you.
Add a list of Keywords / Add a List of Footprints / Add a list of Proxies -- and let scrapebox find all the sites for you that match -- remove duplicates and trim to root ... then add to your software.
This allows you to continue to make new links with a higher success rate over time.
Sbox also has add ons that perform specific tasks that can be helpful and you can look through those as you have time .... anyway Scrapebox is not all about Blog Commenting and for the $60 they charge to buy it -- its an absolute must have product.

Hi, Danny. At the basic SEO process for the first 3 months, you said you take links and distribute them through twitter account or fb account, do you use unique account for different site or use one account for multi-sites that are same topic?
PS: Do you think the SEnuke is must-to-have tool for SEO?

SeNuke is not a must have because there are other alternatives.
I use a 3 year + old Twitter account - with 11,000 followers .. I just put my more important links through that account.... its up to you though if you want to use the social account for that particular site - those are just obviously newer that's all.

Congrats on a start with Amazon .. I know that if you can make 1 Sale you can make 100 - it just takes a little time to get going.
I slaved away for months with FSB Sites / AutoBlogs refining my techniques and rankings to make money -- and it took me about 3-4 months to start seeing consistent earnings.
With the better content sites the earnings where about 1/2 a month quicker to come because the rankings were a little easier and generated more traffic... so that's why I created the 2 amazon threads.
I'm sorry this thread doesn't provide riches in a week or fast money -- but I do think for most people its worth working on for the slightly longer term income ... all the best.

I'm excited because I am approaching the top 10 for 2 big KWs for my first Amazon site. (only 1 month old).
Only built 9 backlinks so far but all are high authority and high PR (for people that still care bout PR lol).
No sales yet but these are high priced products so when I do make a sale it should be good commission
