The Right SEO Bundle ?

Hi, I'm new on here and joined for a few reasons. One of them was to get the best SEO Marketing advise.
After creating a few sites and reading different articles I'm now ready to start investing in the software. In order to invest wisely, I want to make the right purchases that will sustain my needs for years to come. What I mean by that is I'm willing to invest in life-time purchases of certain software that I believe will be around for years and I know will continue to evolve as time passes. But also because I can never use PayPal and have a one time chance in doing so now....don't ask!
So I've come up with a wish list of the software package that will give me a complete SEO Marketing advantage I believe and wanted to get your input on the overall bundle to see if I missed something or overlooked the obvious. Also remember, this SEO Marketing bundle needs to work as a complete unit. Where everything interacts with one another within the bundle where it almost works with one click of a button....I know, it's a dream.
So here's my SEO dream machine, in order of priority.
1)Best Spinner
2)GSA SER
3)Kontent Machine
4)GSA Captch Breaker

I've already purchased and been using Market Samaria for my keywords so I could create the websites with some intelligence. Now I need to create my 3 tiers. I'm also wondering if GSA SER can create tier 1 material at this time. I believe SEnuke XCr can, but I can't afford the monthly service charge.
Does anyone think I'm missing something within this bundle? And will this SEO package supply all of my article content and backlinks I'll ever want?

Xrumer still works fairly well for 3rd tier links. It's a hefty $700 upfront but only $100/year after that.

Yeah, that's far too rich for my blood. I do appreciate the input however.
