The marketplace listing fee is $30 but you will first need Jr. VIP membership, which requires sixty days and a hundred posts on the forum, as well as a $147 annual donation, just be sure you do not buy Premium membership as this does not give you selling privileges, you can visit the Marketplace Sellers sub-forum to learn more, good luck.

As @ContentExpert mentioned - yes, you can submit a sales thread for review. As for a sticky - you'd have to get the sales thread approved first and then you can take a look at our advertising options.

The explanation/rules written in this thread might feel overwhelming for a newcomer but the fact that you actually opened and read everything related to it is a very good start.
That particular thread written by @Zwielicht is (according to me) the most 'light-weight' and simple version of the marketplace rules and instructions. So, don't rush. Read them a couple of times, adapt your content and you will be just fine.
Even if your marketplace thread gets rejected, the in-house staff will write down the reasons of the rejection and most of the times, you will be allowed to re-submit it.

If one of your threads was removed by a moderator, check the PM you got. It should mention the rule you broke.
Additionally, at the footer you'll find a link to the rules. It is worth reading.

I have a concern, as I read on the marketplace we need to pay a 30$ fee for a marketplace thread to make it live, can you please guide me on when we have to pay this amount, before approval from the moderator or after....
What happens If I pay 30$ and my marketplace thread gets rejected? will I get this refund?
