I was considering doing either what you said, or maybe an activity which i think would be fun & easy to make things more comfortable haha like (bowling, mini golf etc)

Yeah, you can do that before eating at a restaurant. Just make it fun for the both of you and you'll have a good time regardless if she wants a second date with you or not.
 
A perfect date is when you both get to know each other by the conversations that happen naturally, here the natural conversation I meant is the one that happens without any quoted pickup lines or an unnatural form of action. take her somewhere alone where the breeze will make her open up to you somewhere like ________ would become a perfect date.

You were the winner in a way haha, So i took this that you had commented ("Hey, do you want to see something beautiful", then pull out a mirror so she can see her reflection")

But i changed it, she was wearing glasses so i said "Hi, *lil awkward moment* then i got her name and said *there is something really beautiful about your eyes* She said *Oh really* and i said *oh wait its just my reflection in your glasses* she laughed and the rest is history now haha
