The most safe and quality views/likes provider

Hi everyone. I know there are similar topics on the forum. Even learned the thread called somehow like "the list of legit providers". It`s pretty dated, but still useful. But anyways I`ve started this topic.

Because I want to recieve information from experienced Youtubers. Often when I`m searching for views provider, I`m afraid will these views be safe and high retention.

All of them say "We providing only real human high-retention mega-extra-super quality views". But do they? That`s the question that drives me to make this topic. Couple of my videos were deleted and adsense account was banned on one of accounts, because of bad views from Fiver. I saw their feedbacks and they were 95% positive. Besides I`ve purchased only 20k views and about 500 likes. SO! I don`t want to risk heavily again.

My please to experienced (hope it mostly good experience) users: can you advice the most safe and quality views provider/s? I don`t buy usually much (1k - 20k views). I have pretty well SEOed videos, but still they are pretty far in search because of competition. I just want to improve my rankings with extra views, and then to let the video grow organically. So please help me.

Please, experienced users, can you advice more safe and quality (not cheap, but affordable) YT views providers?

I'm using the one from BigBuddy and after a hard start (was YouTube mass update) I can say that they don't fail with any of my videos to add views ... that are really retaining.

Lolz. I provide myself hr views which can bypass 301+ and totally safe for my videos. I do Adsense and CPA and get no problem with my views.

I hope they are working on a fix for YTmonster I remember in 2013 it was so easy to get views, get ranked on the first page of results, and make money but not anymore.
