Planned tasks:
1) Prepare all products for promotion for sites #4 and #5. // 50% done (fully done for site #4)
I received one of the translation jobs. Waiting for two more to be done in the next few days.
The products for site #4 are prepared. Will send them to the VA for further work. Tomorrow is a day off, so I will finish 1) on Friday. Then will continue with the next tasks.

Day 33 - 22.7.2023
Planned tasks:
1) Prepare all products for promotion for sites #4 and #5. // done
2) Set up the new funnel builder. // done (now I have to work on the design)
So, first of all regarding the new farming strategy. I will know the incoming week whether everything works smoothly or I will have to change something.
All sites except site #2 are scheduled to be filled in with more products by the end of this month and promotion for them is currently running. Due to the fact that some of the campaigns will be at breakeven, others at loss and others at profit, I expect the earnings to be lower as a whole this month and increase in August.
Either way though, I will of course do an update on the earnings for July in the first few days of August.
I've registered a new domain for TS2 and I am exploring a new funnel builder now for WP. Using a nulled version of course to lower the expenses whenever possible but it's not working as expected and I am waiting for a reply on a support ticket which was created.

Day 34 - 23.7.2023
Planned tasks:

2) Optimize some paid campaigns for clients. // 90% done
I didn't get a response on the ticket from yesterday (cause it's Sunday obviously), so I decided to focus only on tasks for clients. One of the new clients is getting 4x ROAS on about 400 EUR ad spend, so he is pretty happy about it. I will see if I will be able to scale it up further. This is a promotion for an offline service. CPCs will for sure rise in September, so it's pretty early to tell how things will turn around in terms of profit for the long term.
I have to finish few more things regarding 2) which will take about 30 minutes and tomorrow if I still cannot arrange the funnel builder, I will set up the basic configuration for sites #7 to #10.
I have few more tasks planned for tomorrow but it really depends on the timing and how the day will go.

5) Come up with a two good domain names which don't break any trademark laws. // done
6) Register the two domain names (have another 2 already registered), set up the sites and upload the templates. // to do tomorrow --> should take 1-2 hours. This was planned for today but I had to do some offline work later in the day.

I will do this one more time for site #5 (now I did it for site #4) and depending on the total profit for all sites after a month from now, I may hire a manager to handle this, otherwise I will hire someone when the next 4 sites are ready and populated with products.
Task 6) from day 35 will be continued tomorrow.

First I thought that it was because of theme incompatibility between PHP 8.0 and 7.4, however it turned out that it was something else and it took me few hours to find where was the problem.

Will buy the original version on Sunday and will go with it. If I need to deploy templates on dozens of sites, at least I can do it for free.

Today I had more expenses than planned and I didn't buy a subscription for the funnel builder, so there is no progress on that task. I focused on other stuff instead.

My system is not fully complete, so apart from testing the new traffic source, I will also perform additional tests with the existing traffic source but with separate ad accounts (to prevent unpleasant surprises) in order to see what I will be able to achieve over the next few months.
Once I have something consistent which can be easily duplicated I will deploy the system for all existing sites + the new four planned and then will expand further.
