It had to happen... FB is patching those sellers that have been gaming the system for some time now.
I'm rather surprised it took them this long, but I suppose their security system didn't catch that going on as it is probably an insignificant amount of the revenue.

Facebook Meta requires payment before running ads for newly established accounts, accounts with violations, accounts with late payments that lose credibility, etc.
If this is the case, please keep your payment history clean for about 3 months. Then, contact Meta/Facebook support and request to switch to the following payment method. Meta will then review your Facebook advertising account history.

If you fall into this category, make sure your payment history is clean for about 3 months. After that, you can contact Meta/Facebook support to request a switch to a later payment method.
