Facebook Meta requires payment before running ads for newly established accounts, accounts with violations, accounts with late payments that lose credibility, etc.
If this is the case, please keep your payment history clean for about 3 months. Then, contact Meta/Facebook support and request to switch to the following payment method. Meta will then review your Facebook advertising account history.

Meta (Facebook) requires prepayment for new ad accounts, accounts that have violated policies, or accounts with a history of late payments. If you fall into this category, make sure your payment history is clean for about 3 months. After that, you can contact Meta/Facebook support to request a switch to a later payment method. Meta will review your ad account history before making a decision.
