you don't need any legal entity to name a store in India so, I don't think there will be the company behind most of those stores and as per my knowledge there is no way until and unless the seller wants to leave the clues like keeping the name similar to the company name.

I am talking about amazon.com. Where you can have the seller name like " Happy Seller" and your company name like " Happy Company". Well, when you search for a competitor details you can see only the seller name and the storefront of their account. But i am interested in their company name. And yes, for the US more than 95% of sellers have an LLC.
