The best video and audio editing software help

Hi.Happy new year everyone. I need your help. I need to know the best free video and audio editing software online. I want to make intros for my videos and edit the sound etc such as lets say I want to add my own voice to games or make a mock documentary about animals with a funny accent or something.

For most video editing i'm using adobe premiere. it can also handle audio editing

Windows movie maker is a free and simple video editor, however I think it lacks an audio editor. For my needs I use sony vegas movie studio along with its soundforge audio editing program, but is not freeware, torrents will help you.
