None. Different social networks has different uses and features. You can't determine the 'best' without setting an objective.
The best social to infuriate the crowd is Reddit, but the best to give real time updates about your bowl movements is Twitter. If you want to discuss how a specific crypto is better than another one, without having any of them, Facebook is the best.

Honestly I’d swap the Twitter and Facebook around
Twitter is THE social media for crypto. Crypto Twitter is insane and incredibly active.

Twitter has went to the dogs with these new changes (esp. now limiting seeing all your followers, API gone, etc and trying to charge one cent a tweet).
Reddit's blackout is killing reddit. People don't want to believe it but the owner IS going to delete API tools permanently and delete everybody that went private.
Meta companies are just garbage and a CIA spy tool.
Tumblr has been dead since they kicked off the porn writers/artists, etc.
Online Forums are starting to make a comeback, because Masatdon, Bluesky, Sproutable and all these upshoots suck.

Nah. Not in the US, with states banning it one by one and using it as a catalyst to ban VPNs.

There is no definitive answer to which social media platform is best, as different platforms have different features, audiences and purposes. But, when comes to popularity, Facebook is most popular worldwide. Instagram is also great for visual content.
