He's not going to Australia with a Macedonian passport. I wouldn't go there to live, there are plenty of places 5k a month will get great accom, great weather, unlimited food/girls/drink, Bulgaria is definitely one of them but seeing as he is right next to BG would not be as exciting as New Zealand for example. OP what you want, be honest

I don't know about Australia(they probably have a similar provision in their laws) but for many countries there are ways to immigrate easier if you go as a "retired" person collecting a pension. So all one has to do is create a company and write up a contract oaying out x,xxx/month or more as a pension.

Yeah RE the pensions thing, yes Greece is definitely a common place where Australians retire as well as Thailand and Philipines.
Bulgaria definitely has a program for you, it will be there somewhere. I met a bunch of Brits in their 30s/40s who had packed up in the UK and just moved out to Bulgaria living there (not sure if it was pension tho).
However it may be EU citizens only, I haven't looked it up.
Also you could marry a Bulgarian, get an EU citizenship, I'll send you some contacts haha 18-25yo girls, dunno how old you are but not uncommon to see girls 18-21 dating 18-40+ guys. Age doesn't really matter outside the west.

To be honest, you can actually just fly in and stay as long as you like nobody is going to tell you to leave haha. If you do feel like leaving, leave via Serbia so you're exiting the EU, less hassle. If you're thinking it seems like a strange idea, there a millions of people just "chillin" in the EU these days without documents haha.

I actually looked it up and Australia closed their regular retirement visa they only have the investor one for persons 55+ and are investing large sums of money(but they don't say how much).

You could rent a place for a year in Sofia city for 10k. Internet is cheap, pretty sure about $10-20 per month unlimited. Romania has got some damn good internet too.
What sort of black are you? Like African black or Indian?
I didn't see any black guys there in 5 weeks but my number #1 rule is you will do well no matter where you are as long as you don't look like one of the regular dudes of the country, Meaning you will be fine as a black dude.
I run two tinder accounts with auto liking apps on both here in Mexico, one account is my nickname. But because my first name looks like a Mexican name I get less matches. I.e If you are a foreigner and they will be forever curious.
I would say they're not racist in Bulgaria, they don't do like big football protests and stuff unlike my the neighbouring countries. Bulgarians very relaxed as opposed to West being Serbia much more aggressive and East being ukriane, not aggressive but pretty racist.
If you're really black I reckon hit up Finland or Estonia, very white girls and not uncommon for Finnish girls doing 3somes.

I was in a similar situation a few years back..Lived in New York, Miami and Hawaii, but learned that to live well in those places you had to work and earn well. Which negated the benefit of living in those areas quite a bit.
After some research I settled on Panama. Why Panama?
Easy immigration..you can stay six months leave the country for a day or two and have another six month stay. (you can go to Costa Rica by bus round trip for less than $50 if need be).
The money you earn outside of Panama is not taxed by Panama at all. (Plus the currency is the US Dollar...which is getting stronger and generally safe)
Practically 85 degrees year round.
Miami is a 2.5 hour flight that costs about $500 and New York is 5 hours at about $700...plus Panama is the hub for COPA airlines which makes traveling to US and South America pretty easy.
One of the main internet pipes for Latin America arrives from the US in Panama.
Generally you have running water, electricity and internet 99% of the year.
There is a pretty big expat community in Panama.
The cost of living is pretty low compared to the places I lived. Professionals can make $1000 a month...so $5000 a month you are on a completely different level. (on a side note...I don't make as much as you per month...but I only need to "work" 8 hours a week to more than cover all my expenses and then some...and I have enough free time to travel, surf and enjoy life)
And as far as university go....there are two US universities here that I am certain of...Florida State and Louisville. They may not be the best schools in the World....but nothing says you cant transfer to something better later.

Thanks for your suggestion, added Panama to my travel journey or whatever its called.
Seems like a nice place to me, will check the universities later and come back with info how i like them.

He is 17/18 years old. I just said that it's hard to believe, not impossible. If I had an income of $60.000 per year then I would never leave my country (except for vacation).

Yes of course it is impossible to make $5000 doing anything "normal" or close to minimum wage.
Everyone on blackhatworld has a 'level playing field'. Everyone has access to the same tools, posts and resources so it's not hard to believe $5000 can be achieved regardless of which country you are in. For example, having been in Greece, Bulgaria and Serbia which are your neighbours, this does not stop the constant flow of money because my entire enterprise is online.

Dude, i work on the internet. I've build myself some profitable methods and i'm banking hard. My both parents were poor.
There are some people that just don't know the possibility.
Do you know about bok1ca? I'm friend of him, he's making millions.
The more you make, the more you want to make. And you don't care about people opinions on how you made your money, although its legal.
I totally understand you. I'm a bit of a not lonely person but i really like to have time with myself alone. In that way i'm charging my batteries and probably getting smarter.
The people here suck. Keep that in mind.
