Text & Image Data Collection into JSON Format (PHP)

I’m looking for data collection/formatting (text and images).

I need some text & image data collected/scraped from specific websites (and potentially other sources later on).

My requirements are;

• Data is collected into a pre-defined key/value json/object format in PHP.
• Image and file data will also need to follow a pre-defined file/directory format.
• A PHP script will be provided to validate all of the above data against.
• The final deliverable will be a single folder with all the image & file data in it.

My budget is $5 to $10 per data set (Each bundle may have upwards of 10 to 20 datasets ranging from 10 to 50 items so they are not large datasets).

I have quite a lot of different data sets to collect so this can be more long term for the right person.
