Testing an interview-based offer (EU/LatAm) — sharing some numbers

Been testing a different type of offer lately, not the usual sweepstakes/crypto stuff.

The flow is pretty simple:
traffic → candidate signs up → goes through an interview → payout for completed/qualified result

Some rough stats from my side so far:

• approval rate around 30–35%
• payouts in the $20–40 range per qualified interview
• extra bonuses available with volume (got a decent boost in the first month)

Best performing GEOs right now:

• Eastern Europe
• Latin America

Traffic notes:

• most sources work, but quality matters a lot
• if people don’t show up to the interview → no payout
• pre-qualification helps a lot with conversion

Issues I’ve noticed:

• drop-off at the interview stage
• need to filter traffic properly, otherwise ROI tanks fast

Overall, not a “set and forget” type of offer, but can work pretty well if you optimize the flow.

Curious if anyone here has tested similar funnels and what kind of numbers you’re getting.

I just want to share this in case anyone is actually interested in adult traffic—not just to put it out there for everyone to see, but because it might interest someone.
