Telegram Group with 5k members how I can use?

Hello, I have a telegram channel with 5k members. They are all real, how can I exploit it?

These users do whatever they are told. I thought I'd send them the link of a possible CPA offer to leave their email, how much does each lead with maxbounty get paid?

From which country they are? Us, Canada, uk country's like those will get you 1.80 to 3 or 4 per singup.

It depends on the country and the niches, don't send a betting member a CPA offer less than 0.01 per cent will convert check the niche and that will determine what you can do with them
 
As others have said, how you monetize this is largely depending on the group - and what "do whatever they are told" means. Affiliate marketing or content promotion is probably your best bet.

Hello, the members are now 6k from Italy

I have try to singup on cpagrip with a little test with my 5 friends

From 5 leads only 2 are added on the balance, why? Do you known other platforms?

Not familiar with affiliate marketing too much, but based on my rudimentary knowledge, they might have detected the registrations as illegitimate (fraud on this space is rampant). An alternative method you could consider is promoting Italian Tik Tok/YouTube content for a cost in your group.

I know but Wich fraud? I have sent the link of the offert cpagrip on my friends only for test before send the link in the telegram group

I'm not saying you're doing fraud, but these systems might detect some of their registrations as "illegitimate" rather than truly interested customers. That might have been what happened when your friends registered. However, as I said before, I am not a professional on this space so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Would it be worth a shot just trying it out with your group? You can always stop the campaign if you feel like it's not giving you appropiate results.

But maxbounty doesn't allow traffic for telegram.

Or do they?
