Telegram flood error

Hey bhw ppl!
Would like to know possible solutions to this problem...(attached screenshot below)
I have tried changing the sleep time but every X number of sent messages it ends up giving this error..
The accounts im using are old and warmed so i dont understand what caused the error..

If the script it’s yours, update your dependencies plus your Python version.

If you are not the coder , then you should consider to contact with the developer to fix the issues.
