I created an ad text that is close to what I've seen on similar channels and nothing. I changed the channel I am advertising's bio text as it contained a link to a payment page and now I'm waiting to see if it will get approved.

If the impressions have decreased or stopped, most likely you have set an uncompetitive CPM.
Make the CRM bid higher and the impressions will resume.
In 90% of cases, the CRM rate affects the display of your ads.
Increase the bid gradually so that you don't drain your entire budget.

it depends on the groups you select to advertise in , try to play around and remove one or 2 groups or actually create a new ad from 0 with max 12 groups and see if it helps

Telegram occasionally reviews ads for compliance, which can take time.
