Happened the same to me. My ads were running fine for some time when suddenly they changed from 'Active' to 'In review'. I even created a new one to check if it is a glitch. I contacted their support to see what the issue might be.

I think I have a theory. The in-review status seems to be linked with what channels we target. Its hard to explain why but i have a feeling that is the case after running 15-20 ads so far. I have been copying same set of ads and they always got approved within an hour. Now newly copied ads are in-review for the past 4-5 days. The only thing that I did not change is targeted channels. Everything else I have changed.

I have an update, my ads got approved. I changed the ad text and it got approved within a day.
It seems its not the targeted channels. The ad text seems to be the problem. Refer terms and conditions of Telegram ads. They have guidelines/requirements.

I did not call. But I have emailed them few times before. I got no response. So I did not bother contacting them again.

Did you change any of the targeted channels or you simply created a 'similar ad' just with different ad text? I was thinking it could be the same thing. I will check guidelines or similar ads and edit the text and let you know.

I changed an existing ad which was already in-review. I changed the text and saved it. Next day it was approved. I had to remove the words like "Best" "worlds best" and extra emojis.
