Sorry! I don't understand your comments.
N.B: to get globe activated, turn on your vpn (USA) if you are non-USA Personnel, then login to your teespring account and click "Start Selling" at top right corner. When you are on that page, a chatbox icon will show up right below. Send them a message and wait few minutes as it takes some time. They will activate your globe right away. Hope this helps

I've approved weeks ago without any vpn and i live in a east/central EU country...

May be it worked for you because you are lucky enough to reside in EU , but for people in Asia things are always a little different and difficult. I am one of teesprings beta testers and yet the Globe was not visible in the first place. Only applying that method I stated in the above comment I got my approval. Some people here are screaming a lot about not getting approved for "Amazon Setting" in teespring. Fact is, just stop it and take action. That's how it basically works. Kudos to the OP for this informative post and a spank in the ass for haters!

I wanted to start this awhile ago, but I was never able to find a niche. As the author said, go for a Best Seller Ranking (BSR) of around 1000. I tried searching along the lines of BSR but Amazon seems to be designed against that. All they give you is subcategory BSR which I have heard is useless. Is there a different way that you guys know of to find BSR?

Currently there isn't any notification via teespring. The only way is to search your shirt on amazon manually like this: teespring yourproductname

It does not notify you yet. You have to search on Amazon "Teespring <Your Campaign Name>"

I really don't understand amazon politic, my first design was just uploaded, and ther applied a -30% on my hoodie, now if i sell one hoodie, i just take 2$ on a product... that's a real loss, now i think this method is already dead thanks to amazon

ok...finally I was able to push around 40 designs for a specific keyword and am able to search them on amazon now. But my shirt is not seen in the first 100 when I search for the exact keyword. Its lost down somewhere in thousands of other designs
I did some research and found that most of the keywords have thousands of designs listed, for eg:
music shirts for men - 81231 results
april birthday shirts - 8215 results
queens are born in April - 4121 results
legends are born in march - 1517 results
autism awareness shirts - 12741 results
march for science shirt - 9835 results
trump t shirt - 33021 results
st patricks day shirt - 282933 results
I also found out that some slogans like "queens are born in April" have hundreds of designs for the same slogan. seems like whole world is out to sell shirts!

I also spent a lot of time looking for a good niche for T-shirts, but could not find anything promising.
It is necessary to search for niches for other goods.
