If the uploaded picture's resolution isn't high enough you will not able to set the goal to 1.

Your margin is about 11$, if you sell on Amazon, minus 6.5$, so you earn about 4.5$ for one.

E-mailed them, no globe yet, contacted via the contact form in their support page. It says they respond within 8 hours but I haven't gotten any response. I understand that the team might be overwhelmed with support though.

Changed the settings as mentioned above for it to be eligible for Amazon.

Same here. I mailed them 1,5 day ago but no response. I think I'll just wait til the end of the week.

Considering you have to sell a tshirt for $20 to make. $2 profit this isn't exactly a logical money maker.
