I just figured the tech niche would be a more high paying one. Kind of like how finance niche is a high paying one. It's just really demotivating to see low earnings for a good amount of traffic. Especially knowing how much work and effort goes into getting that much organic traffic.

When you are targeting keywords, do they all have a really low CPC value?

What countries are your visitors coming from mostly?

Hmm what about desktop traffic? You just ignore? Yeah most traffic come from mobile for my site but I have head banner for mobile ads so it will show up even if there is sidebar ad but idk if it's working or not so far 0 clicks with 500 impressions lol
 
Why to ignore, just they also see the ads in the article.
If you check on any heatmap software the sidebar position is always bad for banners and didn't get many attraction.

Yes maybe the cpc value is too low considering low cpc kwd, but I'm targeting them to get traffic.
If i get traffic i can get more sponsored posts and etc....

And I don't think tech niche is the same as finance. By the way if you working on finance niche you know that is more profitable to add affiliate links, not adsense :)

Small update for August.

This month was not so good as I was thought it will be, but anyway.
Some stats again for August:
Page views/Unique views per month
16137/7210

And Adsense earnings was also lower this month as the traffic drop for 18 eur. 1/3 down!

Lost ranking from some kwd and new articles didn't rank so far but how to see the results soon.

Plan for this month is to add at least 10 articles 2k words each.
Maybe will try to drive some social traffic from Facebook and Reddit.
 
Interesting journey. Hope you'd climb up more despite serious competitions on you niche. Were you able to get better traffic though through social media now?
 
All my traffic is organic now.

Adsense is a good platform to monetize your content but you can try some alternative. https://tribaladnetwork.com is a good platform to try.

If you can search more review you can see that is legit: https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.tribaladnetwork.com . I represent Tribaladnetwork and I can say that are market as Scam there because we refused to pay for fake clicks(to admin friend). Our team contact Alladsnetwork admin but never answer.

Small September update.

Adsense earning increased a bit. Also made some changes so there is much more clicks by the way.

The traffic is almost the same as the previous month just more visitors come from tier 1 countries. Cause I'm trying to target the only US now.
still only organic traffic.
