For Organic traffic you need to work with unique content and low competition kwd at first.
For placing ads correctly you need to test the spaces and more ads between article content and no ads in sidebar etc.

Nice one. My blog gets up to 20k pageviews monthly and it's tech but I don't make up to 14$ monthly. Any tips?

Check Your analytics and if the most traffic comes from mobile or tablet the sidebar will be loading after content, so there will be no click on ads, because visitor will read the article and go to other page or bounce

Mainly all content written by me. Or Spined content and a lot of copy paste articles from the beginning of the site.
Bought some articles but there was no success ( cheap articles need to work with them a lot).
Some are sponsored content.

300 visitors per day and only $60/month earnings? Damn maybe you should consider a different niche? With that much traffic you should be earning that much almost daily instead of monthly. Any idea why your earnings are so low for the amount of traffic? I don't know much about tech niche, but it's not a very profitable one or what?
