Targetting USA with TikTok using mobile proxy and anti-detect browser failed

Hello to all BHW member, if anyone can help me please with the following question I can't find an accurate answer.

I am located in Europe and wanted to target USA market with TikTok.
After deleting my first account that I had with them, I started to use a multilogin browser on my laptop to create a new account on TikTok with an USA proxy and also used a mobile proxy to post with my smartphone and make my creatives reach USA market.

The thing is, after posting my first creatives it appear that I got 0 views, I don't understand why and feel like maybe they flagged my account related to my last one who was setup in Europe ? But how that could be possible because I used proxy on both laptop and smartphone with multi login browser ?

Also I almost forgot to mention that before posting creatives with my smartphone I removed the SIM card to be only linked to my mobile proxy.

Anyone who have experienced it before please could help me with it ?

If I reset it with factory reset it will be able to use it again and use proxy to create a new TikTok account you think ?

Avoid PC or emulators for TikTok. If you're using an android factory reset it before making a new acc. If you're on an Iphone just reinstalling the app should be enough.

Also change the region in the phone settings to USA and set the main language of the phone to English.

did you try using a usa phone sim card as well ?
