I feel like with a proper ethical way of analyzing the audience I can still get some results, but the industry is highly competitive and expensive to run blind ads. What do you think?

Thanks for taking your time, but as I stated these are HVAC Business owners. They never go to Instagram, and I'll be lucky If I can find a decent number of them in FB and LinkedIn. But nonetheless, I like your idea of tagging them. I was thinking of mass messaging, invites, etc. Tagging in comments and posts is lower risk
