Target ads [flash game/campaign] to highspeed internet users?

Promoting a flash game which requires around 30seconds+ to buffer & 1-2minutes of play time.

What kind of targeting helps in Facebook ads & Google Adwords where visitors would spend time playing the game?

the heavy bounce rate panics me!

suggestions for any other means of online marketing plz..

Get page loading time with php, and make an if statement that only shows content to high speed users (low loading time)

yeah sort of worked on it, but looking for ads targeting to communities who would like to play such games..
any ideas?
