Taking my first steps into adult industry!

Let me open the discussion thread about my view, which will come true when everything will be planned as needed.

At the moment i'm reading and searching and reading and goes on. Im really interested to get into the adult industry to make a steady income. Well my project doesn't focus only on one way of making income through affiliate etc. but i'm planning to build a multimedia website which will house many different ways to generate income. I have deal with adult chat business, which is really nice to me and i do really care to include something like that into the website, also a tube which will embed handpicked videos from different big sites, including freeware model photo archive (just to get some extra traffic), maybe will embed some games etc, or news which may be found interested by that niche or even some live cams from specific models.

What i'm looking for is to create a platform/website where i could keep my clients ON for as much i could, got lots of details which will be included just to make it bling like gold to them, but i'm still looking to read and learn more. I really do care to create a friendly environment for the people who will join, making them feel secure to sign and let me present to them any product or merchandise i will prepare for them, including gifts/promos etc.

Why i made this post? I would like to get connected with people on the same industry, Im here to listen your opinions, the do's and don'ts, to get some ideas about the best possible ways to monetise traffic of that type.

Everything will be hosted on WP as it comes easy to me and probably will be on a offshore server which will support adult content.

No mate, im not looking to make that kind of stuff, i would like to make a website which will keep the "fans" or "clients" who would be my niche as much i can on my website, having fun through each page which will offer different ways to keep em entertainment. By playing adult/or not games, checking live cams, watching videos, reading news etc. but everything will be "adult"

Yes it is, but im not into making the same project, maybe embed that kind of stuff will be nice, but im not sure if they looking for affiliates on their niche! Probably i could just try to get in touch with them after the website will be on and trying to lure them working with me

the most useful reply. this goes to the use of vpn, hidding whois etc? Doesn't have any considerations about security till now about the project!

Ohh man yea I totally meant condoms. Well if you want to talk about other protection sure I would even suggest vps if you plan on the long run and want to distance yourself from the source. About content , check your competitors. It sounds like you have some ideas. Who are the 3 strongest competitors who are doing the same (you don't have to name them here just think about it). What are they doing well? What can be improved? You need to upgrade existing stuff it is very very hard to reinvent the wheel

Thanks! I've already read lots of your posts here Happy to have you alongside. Well, first things first, i thing i should start with the website first right? could you point me in any tube affiliate? It is the first part on my plan, to include videos, which will convert interested visitors to members and i get the commission (im not interested into the whitelabel way, as i want everything to be on the same website, but different pages)

no need for that, many "normal" hosting companies accept porn and have servers on the east coast, west coast...

i suppose you don't want to host videos on your server, so you will embed videos hosted somewhere else. many big tube sites support it, and there are several specialized adult wp themes and plugins for bulk search&embed&post

one more thing, many tried and many failed on general porn tubes. selecting niche, or even better mini or micro-niche is much easier, especially if you are a newbie

you will need CDN sooner or later. i recommend bunnycdn.com it's cheap and does the job wonderfully. i used to have keycdn.com and it looks outdated and costs 3x more.

there is a feature i always dreamed about, i dont know if you use soundcloud but the way of how the comment system work.I wish we could integrate the same in porn.
but idk its mean to create your own players and i dont know either if its a good idea because if you use your own player you are losing money.

Couldn't agree more here. We've had quite a few attempted attacks on our site. We use cloudflare but there are cheaper options.

Cloudflare is a good choice, it supports a lot of issues, especially against ddos
