Super viral app legality

I am all about not getting lawsuits and would like to know the legality of a viral app that somehow manages to keep the api calls low and auto posts to users wall and all their friends walls, uploads a photo to users album and tags the photo with the top 50 of the users friends names. This hasn't been patched for quite a while now and while I'd like to go absolutely buckwild with this I don't want calls from lawyers anytime soon as I already have quite a healthy sms thing going. My main income requires very little work from me now though and I'd like to have something to do in my spare time and have dabbled in fb before, but never with something like this.

So tl;dr, has anyone here ever used a script/app that does some pretty crazy stuff en masse and gotten lawyer calls, cease and desist or anything similar? Thanks...

Many people have gotten C&D's from doing the exact same thing before. Very unlikely you will get in any real trouble, but still, you never know.

Its not illegal, but it breaks FB TOS and you can get a C and D , if you go over the boards with it.
