[Suggestions please] Godaddy expensive renewal fee.

I have a .store extension domain with godaddy which will be expired in 15 days, i bought the domain for very cheap for 1 year now renewal charges is too high(approx 4000INR)

Is it possible to transfer domain to some other registrar and renew for less fee.

If it is possible which registrar you recommend?

That's 50€ man, if you will earn money while using this domain it does not matter how much it costs. And Yes, you can transfer it to other accounts, but I think they will ask to renew it anyway at Godaddy!

Thing is i am not using the domain, but i am not entirely ready to loose it.
 
Move to other, register cheap on godaddy and then shift.
 
Godaddy is utter shit. They are good only for getting domains at their auctions. But then ALWAYS transfer your domains out.

Check this site https://www.domcomp.com/ and find the registrar with the lowest price on your extension. Just rule of thumb of every sane domainer: no 1&1, no NetworkSolution, no Godaddy.
 
Only 10 days left, still looking for some way to save domain for cheap......
 
I’ve been transferring a lot of my domains from godaddy to internet.bs

Check their prices out.
 
Transfer your domain to Namesilo or Namecheap; they're the best.

Just registered 2 domains with namesilo , they are good but .store transfer rate is 50$ so its almost same as renewal in godaddy.
 
Just transfer it on namecheap. I don't use godaddy anymore since they just randomly ban domains
 
I host all domains on namecheap. transfer the domain to namecheap - it costs about ~8 to 10 dollars. I've had the same case as you have right now just a few days ago!
 
Transfer it to Namechap and stay away from Godaddy in the future.
 
This is the "scam" with new GTLD, like .store
First year is super cheap, then renewals are crazy.
Please note that .store has high renewal fees on many registrars.

Namecheap has the cheapest price for .store renewals (+ whois privacy for free).
 
Not the best solution but you can also check your emails for a coupon code. Sometimes they give 30-40% off for renewals. Just takes a bit of hunting to find that coupon.
