suggestion for inserting URL in post

Dear Mates,

i would like to know, how many post i require to insert URL in my post.

I saw the rules i need minimum 15 post. But i have reached more than 90 posts. Still i am not able to inset URL.

I am following these structure to insert URL.
Go to example.com

I got it from here, https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/bb-codes.

is there any time limit ?. Please suggest me what to do to insert links.

According to this it should be 50 posts...

But I think account needs to be 30 days old as well.

Jeez you are too thirsty. Search harder next time as I found plenty of confirmation. Here is confirmation from one of the top dogs since you need confirmation so badly...
