suggestion for inserting URL in post

Dear Mates,

i would like to know, how many post i require to insert URL in my post.

I saw the rules i need minimum 15 post. But i have reached more than 90 posts. Still i am not able to inset URL.

I am following these structure to insert URL.
Go to example.com

is there any time limit ?. Please suggest me what to do to insert links.

Jeez you are too thirsty. Search harder next time as I found plenty of confirmation. Here is confirmation from one of the top dogs since you need confirmation so badly...

You need to be a member for at least 30 days and have a post
count of at least 50 points before you are allowed to post links.

I am interested to see what the heck you are so thirsty to post
