SUGGEST SOME HOSTING/VPS Preferably OFFSHORE

Ok guys i am with hostwinds now but they are sucking hard. Really disappointed.

I am planing to move. So could you suggest me hosting that would handle my website.

About website:

As i understand shared hosting would not work with this. So i need VPS so what VPS specification should i get?

How much RAM? Processor seed? etc

And my current website laod time for europe with Hostwinds VPS level 2 is 18 seconds that sucks hard. Any suggestions about how to get VPS and improve load time? Am real noob in hostings really stuck now. Please somebody give me a good answer.

I am going good with hawkhost. but They do not have chat support(mostly offline)
 
I have used http://mjzhosting.net/ for years. Never had an issue. The girl who runs it (Karina) is an absolute sweetheart. On more than one occasion she has upgraded me just coz i am a old customer and once coz they had a 5 minute downtime. Highly recommend them.
 
I use offshore seo vps about 7 months and have no complain yet. As you described and your demand I think you should have a look offshore seo vps and contact them over chat(24/5). They are really kind about this and will offer you the best plan.
