Suggest me some CPA with content locker

I have been away from CPA for many years and want to return. Used to work with CleanFiles back in the day but they are gone. Also worked with Adworkmedia but not sure if they are still quality.
Could people suggest some incentive CPA networks that have a content locker and good support for worldwide traffic (offers for different countries)?

I would suggest OGAds, they are my favorite CPA network with content locker right now.

i'm using adbluemdia right now. They have a good content lockers.

Also, do they allow game hacks and stuff like that? I know incentive cpa always writes they don't bla bla bla, but many many years ago the networks I worked with used to close their eyes if people did game hacks, generators, and stuff like that. Is it still like this?
