Competition is everywhere mate. Every seller have a market competition what defines you and help to atttact —gain customers is your quality and yeah prices play a good role but that doesn’t mean you have or must to be cheap.
If I ever decide to start again offering my services in BHW I would build a SaSS for my bots.

That’s a better business model and you won’t take the risk of getting your code’s public.
