Dear BHT Members,

Thanks for sharing many useful stuff for beginners. Now i was owned by 3 channels with 90K sub each before i was nothing .

Now i want grow more with 30 channels & 10 Staff members it will cost around 1000$/M. I have ew questions that required help from BHT friends.

  1. Daily Same video i will upload , every day i will give voice over for that video. will get approved by Youtube
  2. Can i link 30 Channels to one adsense account
  3. I have created all the channels with same IP & Same Laptop,
  4. Suggest me the best thumbnail Maker with high quality.
Please helpout me with above question.

1)They will get approved by Youtube without problem.

2)Yes you can but it's not recommendable, if one of them will get banned you will lost all the others.

2. Do Not Link 30 Channels to one AdSense account, use MCN, and u will stay safe
3. Buy VPS for every one of them, verify them with different phone numbers
4. Best Thumbnail Maker is YOU
 
You can create all channels with same IP. Have different content on all.

1. I don't really understand this question, you want to upload same video in other language?
2. yes you can
3. you can do it
4. hire someone to do it for you

anyway, 10 staff member, $1000/mo, so each staff only get $100/month? that's pretty low wage ..
 
The thumbnail should be your choice. Make sure it's original and will attract YouTube user to click on your posts.
 
problem with adsense is you can't own multiple adsense accounts, they are very clear on that. Making more than one can also make you lose all your work.
I guess you can create some with your mom/gf/brother name to counter that.
