Subscription site with Video Chat

I'm looking for a way to implement embedded video chat with a subscription or one time fee. Kind of like a built in webinar site but only for one-on-one video chat.

Basically,

1. user visits site
2. user signs up to chat on a given day/time
3. user receives reminders to be ready for the chat session on the day/time
4. user and admin/moderator conduct chat session

The scheduling would need to be similar to the functionality of tungle dot me but for the moment I'm most interested in the video chat feature.

I'd like to avoid skype because it would require that the user sign up and download it.

oovoo has this for free already. If your going to do it try to see what they are doing and how you can make it better.
