Hey everyone,
I'm facing some major problems with Stripe Radar blocking payments that pass 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. After receiving a notification that Stripe is now temporarily requiring 3DS, I noticed almost all of my transactions are being blocked with the message "highest risk of fraud" or "CVC unavailable."
(I use Shopify, Stripe is saying that issue comes from Shopify which is not true, I verified with them, and even tried other CMS)
I suspect the Risk Level Rule ("Block if risk level = 'highest'") in Stripe's Radar settings is causing this issue. I'd appreciate any guidance on how to either:
Has anyone had success fixing similar issues or deactivating Stripe Radar’s automatic fraud protection settings? I’m open to all suggestions.

I suspect the Risk Level Rule ("Block if risk level = 'highest'") in Stripe's Radar settings is causing this issue. I'd appreciate any guidance on how to either:
- Disable or adjust this rule to prevent it from blocking valid transactions.
- Modify my Stripe Radar settings to better align with my business needs.
- Understand whether the new 3DS requirement is triggering this and if it’s something I can turn off or adjust.
