I think the forum is created to help the community, furthermore if it's legitimate you can share the company url or any other thing so we can subscribe to the website directly as simple as that. Everyone is ready to pay for the service if it's legitimate, as lots of scams are even going on in the forum.

You can use wordpress for this. Just host your website with an offshore webhosting company like OrangeWebsite.
