Hi , im needing help , i have an llc in the usa and im trying to register in stripe and the verification of the owner is failing, does anyone here knows if any other person can verify the account and make an operating agreement if its needed by stripe?

If you're not listed as the owner of the LLC, Stripe will usually flag the account during verification. They expect the person signing up to either be the owner or someone officially authorized to act on behalf of the company.
To move forward, you might need to provide an Operating Agreement or another legal document showing you're authorized to manage the company.

I’d recommend reaching out to Stripe support directly and asking what specific documents they need in your case

Yeah, I’ve heard of others running into the same issue. If the current owner’s verification keeps failing, you might consider appointing someone else as the authorized representative for the Stripe account. Just make sure they have the authority to act on behalf of the LLC
