Stream video from PC to Instagram live

Hey,

just found loola.tv, where I can stream any video from e.g. SplitCam to my Instagram account.
But some things are not quite well:

• can't change resolution
• resolution isn't HD
• audio is pretty bad

Can anyone suggest me an other option to stream my videos to instagram?
Also possible to stream "live" via files from my smartphone.
