Well, it really depends on too many factors mate. How was the video ranked in the first place? How exactly did you use GSA SER when you tried to re-rank it? Is the video's on-page SEO on point? Is the video itself great? I can go all day.

Something not quite right about your site OP. Not sure if it's malicious or not, but your CSS files are all screwed up and some of your "content" is showing up in 1x1 pixels, so personally I suspect you're actually just up to something in addition to skirting the forum rules about off-site linking.
Why not share your valuable content directly here at BHW in compliance with the site's policies? I do agree much of what you wrote has legitimate value. I'm just confused about the CSS problems, and the 1x1 pixel usage. Perhaps it's completely benign.

Is it in the sidebar? I played a bit with Thrive Leads's lazy load option, but it messes up with the sticky widget plugin.

How to rank very short length videos

Um... http://www.inetsolutions.org/the-number-1-proven-strategy-for-ranking-youtube-videos/ Did you not see the link mate? Also, I just want to note that longer videos tend to get better rankings both internally on YouTube and externally on Google - at least from what I've observed so far.

Don't want to hijack the thread but ranking short length video is actually far easier. Your retention rate will be higher due to the short length of the video and that helps tremendously.
If you can't get it to rank at all, you must be doing something wrong.
