Hey i was doing some researchs and found a IG account (bot) which was using this kind of url: sites.google.com/view/a-random-trackname

which lead me at an offer from a cpa network

Anyone knows what kind of cloacking is this.

Well the answer is in your question. The guy is using sites.google.com to redirect to his cpa offer.

This man can use a special plugin for browser which rewrite a request headers. He just replaces a "Referer" row on the link with his offer.
