Eventough google fucks up the SEO game now and then with their stupid updates that have name with asian twist in it, it's not all bad you know! yeah our over optimized sites are targets for bad rankings... BUT it will be temporary as google will try to re-valuate your site again and in the end google will end in the same conclusion "this guy deserves this ranking... wait what? he had it previously.. oh well".

But i'm not here about your over optimized and already succesful website, i'm here about your "dancing from times of dragons in tamriel"-sites which went to dancing just after you created it and made your first backlinks.

This most newest google update did a negative-slap on few of my forever-lasting-dancing-sites and here is traffic travis update about it:

After "Top" values are monthly EXACT's, "Previous" values has been like that (+-~300) for like 3 months now, but after this most recent google upgrade, it got knocked with revaluation and it's now in course of coming back! Damn i'm excited! ;)

In these toughts, tell me has your dancing site (if you have any) shown any marks of recovery with this new google update?

As a side note, how well this thread is optimized for "newest google update" in your opinion? :) Trying to train myself into writing in SEO way naturally so i'm going to output alot of SEO grade material whenever i'm writing.

yup they have been messing around a lot. I can tell you I am getting too tired of this. Frankly screw SEO and trying to keep up with shitty changes. I'll stick to basics and get some real marketing going. I talk sometimes to old business partners (B2B) and many have real shitty websites if at all, but they are running very successful businesses.

VERY shitty changes which conjures more and more IM'ers to BING (hsss.... this is a secret ;) ) so learning some BING SEO and social media now would be ideal thing for newcomers imo.
I'm just trying to establish temporary passive SEO income for more cunning projects upto come (offline, commercial products, relastate, drinking my ass off [Hell yeah that is a investment really!]).

SEO is not forever but it's now so it would be a good idea to exploit it as much as possible :) Going offline selling new website layouts is good way to make some money for sure!

Cheers mate :) Yeah my site was ranking that well just after 1 week i put the site up with zero backlinks on it so the SEO competition is super easy.
I'v been using mix of backlinks, web2.0 pyramids + wikimarks (service in here) + social bookmarking + scrapebox/GSA search engine ranker + manual link dropping :)

EDIT: now ranking #10 for "newest google update" ;)

I love the latest update, it's forced me to build out my sites in order to garnish more ranking for more keywords. Before I didn't bother updating my sites because they were ranking high for their terms even though I knew building them out would drastically improve my traffic, but since this update I've had to change up the way I have my articles written so they know rank for more than just one phrase.

What the new update has also done is made the SEO competition modules obsolete. If Google stays on this path all the keyword tools are going to have to find a new way to evaluate competition on the first page since Google doesn't given preference to over optimized sites anymore.

Yeah thats right, google is coming more and more unpredictable which is good imo, i hate playing with a deck which is not shuffled enough and all aces are piled up on someones hand.

This thread is ranking #1 for me now with "newest google update" haha, oh jolly good time!
Also looks like my site which was dancing is now dropped a little in rankings but you know, it's yoyo effect and it should come up eventually again :) Will do report about my site ranking on next week so the rankings might have stabilized a bit.
